Work Experience
Marc began his career on Wall Street working for Lehman Brothers, AIG, and Morgan Stanley. In Los Angeles, Marc worked for Financial Management Advisors dealing with distressed and bankrupt companies, securities, and structured products. Prior to starting his practice, he worked for Chanin Capital Partners, a leading financial advisor to debtors and creditors of financially distressed or bankrupt companies.

Marc is an active member of the legal community in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Southern California Bankruptcy Inn of the Court, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the CFA Society of Los Angeles and France.

Marc is licensed and admitted to the California Bar (#242830) and is licensed to practice in federal court in the Central District of California and the U.S. District Court: Central District of California, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Education
Marc obtained his juris doctor from Southwestern University School of Law and did his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder (Go Buffs!), graduating with dual degrees in Finance and Environmental Studies.
Personal Interests
In his personal time, Marc is an avid traveler who has been to over a hundred countries. He has authored three novels. He is a cinephile and book lover who will happily to talk hours about film and books. When not inside, he can be found hiking or jogging about the local hills.
