Established Reputation & Strategic Insight

In the legal and financial sectors, a proven reputation is an invaluable asset. Over years of rigorous practice in the Southern California legal community, our firm has developed deep institutional knowledge and established professional relationships across the federal bankruptcy system. We know how the courts operate, how trustees evaluate assets, and how to position your case from day one to navigate complex administrative channels smoothly and efficiently.

Elite Wall Street & Corporate Expertise

What sets Marc Weitz apart from traditional consumer attorneys is a rare depth of sophisticated financial acumen. With extensive experience on Wall Street and a professional background in managing complex corporate transactions, Marc Weitz brings elite-level analytical precision to every case. Whether we are protecting a high-net-worth personal real estate portfolio or restructuring a distressed commercial entity, our firm evaluates your situation through the precise lens of a veteran financial strategist.

The Boutique Advantage: High-Touch, Cost-Effective

I deliberately operate as a specialized boutique firm because we believe exceptional legal counsel requires dedicated, individualized attention. Unlike high-volume "form mills" where cases are passed down to paralegals, your file is personally managed by Marc Weitz from inception to discharge.
Furthermore, our streamlined boutique structure allows us to maintain lower operational overhead—a financial efficiency we pass directly to our clients through competitive, predictable pricing. When you work with our firm, you receive institutional-grade representation paired with an absolute commitment to direct communication, prompt responsiveness, and meticulous care.

The Firm

Founded in 2008, the Law Office of Marc Weitz is a premier legal boutique specializing in high-stakes financial restructuring, complex corporate litigation, and sophisticated real estate law.

Our firm operates at a rare intersection of law, macroeconomics, and asset valuation. Principal attorney Marc Weitz brings 30 years of elite Wall Street financial experience, the globally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and a California Real Estate Broker License to the practice of law. This unique combination of disciplines means your legal challenges are never analyzed in a vacuum; they are engineered through the precise lens of a veteran financial strategist.

Multi-Disciplinary Advocacy for Complex Challenges
We recognize that corporate crises, real estate disputes, and insolvency issues require highly calculated, data-driven solutions. Whether we are orchestrating an Individual or Corporate Chapter 11 reorganization, litigating a high-value partnership dispute, or protecting a commercial property portfolio, our commitment is absolute. We look past boilerplate legal procedures to understand the deep financial realities and long-term personal objectives of each client, delivering aggressive courtroom advocacy and bulletproof asset protection.

At our firm, your enterprise value and financial security are defended by an attorney who understands the numbers as deeply as the law. We invite you to explore our core practice areas and discover how our specialized Wall Street and financial background can be leveraged to secure your fresh start.
